Shane and Georgie Baxter are the Senior Pastors of Enjoy Church. With visionary leadership and a relational style, their heart is to see people of all ages realise their God-given potential.
Shane Baxter
Shane is a great communicator with a contagious zest for life and warm sense of humour. He has a unique ability to relate and connect with people of all ages and backgrounds. Shane is passionate about seeing the local church flourish and is committed to leadership development and facilitating people being released into their purpose and calling.
Under his visionary and relational style of leadership, Enjoy Church has grown significantly over the past 25 years. From humble beginnings of 40 people, to now a multi-site church across Australia, Japan and Cambodia, with over 6000 people and over 100 nationalities represented.
Shane served as part of the National Executive for Australian Christian Churches (ACC) for 12 years, as Victorian State President for ACC Victoria for 10 years, and hosts the annual Covenant Men’s Conference.
Shane and his wife, Georgie, have been married for over 30 years, and have two beautiful daughters together, one ‘son-of-choice’, and two delightful granddaughters.

Georgie is a great communicator and teacher of the Word as she loves to bring its truths to life in a real and relatable way. She loves the church and especially has a heart for women of all ages and stages of life. Georgie enjoys equipping and encouraging them to realise their God-given potential.
As Senior Pastor of Enjoy Church, alongside her husband Shane, they have seen the church grow to over 6000 people over the past 25 years, and are now meeting in multiple locations across Australia, Japan and Cambodia.
Georgie served as ACC Victoria State Women’s Leader for 13 years and continues to host the annual Adore Women’s Conference.
